Princess Sarah Culberson

Sarah taught high school in Los Angeles, but her life changed forever when she connected with her birth father and learned she was a princess in Sierra Leone. After the 11 year blood diamond war there was much to do to help her people, so Sarah worked with her newly discovered brother to found Sierra Leone Rising an NGO that focuses on education and access to technology, female empowerment, and public health including working with Rotary International to dig wells and provide life-saving supplies and services that helped end the Ebola epidemic.

Sarah co-authored the book A Princess Found and her story and humanitarian work has been featured on CNN, Good Morning America, BBC radio, LA Times, Singapore News and many other media outlets.

Our team is working with Princess Sarah to film Chris in Sierra Leone going far beyond his current comfort level to teach and lead.
